EMILIO VALLEJO, S.A. is a familiar company mainly focussed on manufacturing, bottling and distribution of OLIVE OIL.

Our installations are situated in Torredonjimeno, Jaen (Southern Spain), in the heart of the largest olive oil producing region of the world. For this reason EMILIO VALLEJO, S.A. fully understands the product that it handles and as such produces an olive oil with a traditional taste and aroma that consumers demand.

The firm was created in 1981 by Mr. Emilio Vallejo Del Pino. This mill producing olive oil was the first one in the town where everyone was able to buy olive oil, even without having a proper harvest. The beginning of our bottling activity was in 1983, with a small bottling line.

The production has been increased according to the demand. Currently, Emilio Vallejo S.A. has a production capacity of 50.000 kilos of olive oil a day, and has its own installations for the buying and cleaning of olive oil located in three cities around the firm.

We have the following installations:

• A mill and three centres for the reception of olives, with a total surface of 32.000 m2.
• Three different olives milling lines.
• Six olives cleaning and washing lines.
• Tanks for oils in bulk, with a total capacity of 3.000.000 kgs.
• Three bottling lines.

• Our laboratory for complete oil analyses.

During the harvest 2006/2007, the total production of olive oil reached 2.000.000 kg.

EMILIO VALLEJO, S.A. is one of the top extra virgin olive oil bottling companies in Spain. The company has highly modernised installations, rationalised from the logistics of holding tanks and duct channels, allowing the bottling of different quality and types of oil covering the whole range of products available in nowadays market.

Our short and long term aims are the installation of a new bottling line, the increasing of our filtering capacity, widening of our product line and new types of oils, and of course the increasing satisfaction of our customers and the increasing of our oil throughout the world.

- In Spain we have an important web of clients and distributors, who represent us in almost all the territory. Our olive oils are referenced in regional supermarkets, at wholesalers and societies of distribution.

- Emilio Vallejo started to export its products in 2000 and is already present in 15 countries:

• Europe (Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Belgium, United Kingdom, France, Ireland…)
• America (United States, Uruguay, El Salvador)
• Japan, Korea, China.
